📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers regarding communication and questions related to delivery, assembly, and complaints • Develop and maintain the ordering process in the ERP system • Analyze processes holistically and optimize them cross-functionally • Contribute to improving efficiency and customer satisfaction • Support interdisciplinary projects in Operations, automation, and customer and partner management • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams • Develop customer-centric solutions and continuously improve the customer experience throughout the after-sales journey • Coordinate and plan transportation and assembly

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience • Relevant academic degree • Experience in customer communication • Understanding of logistics processes within the ERP environment • Passion for customer communication and proactive customer support • Hands-on mentality, combined with an intrinsically motivated, self-directed, and energetic working style • Ability to understand and optimize cross-functional processes holistically • Strong organizational skills, conscientiousness, and a solution-oriented approach • Structured and agile working style • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Business-fluent German, both written and spoken • Fluent English • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings with production partners
