📋 Description

• Maintain data hygiene across Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace • Support permissions reviews and basic system audits • Test workflows and flag issues before rollout • Research and help implement new tools • Configure and QA simple workflows and integrations • Maintain SOPs, guides, and internal documentation • Track expenses, process invoices, and support reconciliations • Gather and organize information for filings and vendor coordination • Update website pages and upload blog posts • QA website links and forms • Handle ad hoc administrative and QA tasks • Identify inconsistencies and flag issues early • Work closely with senior operators and support mission-driven startups across AI safety, global development, and adjacent fields

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or similar roles • Experience supporting at least 1–2 operational areas such as tooling, finance, documentation, or administration • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Clear written and verbal English communication • Comfort with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack, or ability to learn quickly • Reliability and proactivity in completing assigned work • Nice to have: exposure to startups or fast-paced environments • Nice to have: familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, or Make • Nice to have: interest in AI tools or automation
