📋 Description

• You are responsible for credit notes, cancellations and invoice corrections and work closely on accounts receivable and accounts payable matters • You review, maintain and keep the data in the IT system accurate • You coordinate returns end-to-end and ensure smooth processing • You handle damage claims and complaints in a structured, solution-oriented way • You maintain close contact with suppliers and independently resolve open issues • You identify process problems and contribute improvement proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent experience • Professional experience in commercial administration, accounting, returns or complaints management • Confident use of ERP/inventory management systems and a good eye for data quality • A structured, methodical working style with an understanding of the bigger picture • Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal teams • Self-motivation and the ability to organize yourself effectively in a remote setting • Advantageous: experience in e-commerce or in the trade of automotive parts
