📋 Description

• Independently further develop and implement a regular (group) strategy process • Independently lead strategic projects • Conduct competitive analyses, benchmarking and market trend assessments • Prepare and provide insights on trends in the energy industry • Support business units as a strategic point of contact • Develop new growth strategies and business models in the energy sector

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in strategy and/or strategic management consulting • High degree of ownership and independence, with a hands-on mentality • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and solution-oriented working style • Professional demeanour, strong willingness to learn and perform, and a team- and service-oriented mindset • Very good communication skills in German
