📋 Description

• Lead the full business development cycle for E Source consulting services • Build executive relationships with utility leaders (VP and C-suite level) • Collaborate with practice leads, consultants, and research analysts to craft tailored solutions • Translate complex industry or technical concepts into compelling business outcomes • Manage large, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities • Represent E Source at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • At least 5 years in consultative sales to utilities or adjacent energy sectors • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets for professional services, advisory, or strategy consulting offerings • Deep understanding of utility industry dynamics • Ability to lead executive-level discussions • Strong collaboration skills • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
