Description

• Interact with users and industry experts to identify user requirements and customer workflows • Define and prioritize software release goals and objectives • Lead team meetings, sprint retrospectives, planning, and release related events • Collaborate with product engineers, designers, and developers to turn ideas into software features • Conduct product quality and release readiness testing • Design test cases, help documentation, and blogs on new features • Contribute to regular high-quality releases addressing user needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Esri products • Understanding of video, raster and imagery-based workflows • Ability to work in an evolving environment • Effective time management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, or related field • Domain expertise in public safety, defense, or intelligence • Familiarity with agile software development • Experience with project management tools • US citizenship with ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI access
