📋 Description

• Développement commercial • Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients existant. • Mettre en œuvre une stratégie de conquête et identifier de nouveaux marchés. • Élaborer et exécuter des plans de prospection ciblés. • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées. • Détecter les opportunités de développement et de ventes additionnelles. • Assurer le suivi commercial des contrats en cours. • Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels. • Gérer les réclamations et coordonner les actions correctives. • Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

🎯 Requirements

• Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 dans le domaine commercial, technique ou industriel. • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans la vente de solutions techniques BtoB. • Une expérience dans les secteurs suivants est nécessaire Lubrification industrielle ; Maintenance préventive ou prédictive ; Analyses industrielles.
