📋 Description

• You will lead and coach a team of experienced Sales representatives whose aim is to sign up new affiliate partners in the Real Estate, Legal and Wealth Management sectors. • You will have end-to-end responsibility for the increasing our market share and total revenue from Portugal. • Work with our Head of Southern Europe and our Chief Revenue Officer to plan, budget and execute on our sales strategy in Portugal. • Developing a deep network within the legal and investment management industries and establish new Affiliate Partnerships alongside your team. • Working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, IT, compliance, and marketing teams to effectively communicate client needs and maximize new business conversion. • Act as a subject matter expert for the Currencies Direct service as well as our new and upcoming Redpin Products.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of leading high performing sales teams and recruiting new reps. • Native level Portuguese, fluency in English and (ideally) a good understanding of Spanish • Proven success in developing propositions and commercializing Affiliate Partnerships in the FS and Software space • Comfortable attending key in person meetings with Financial Service clients • Sufficient understanding and experience of integration methodologies to effectively collaborate with product and development teams in crafting end solutions. • A strong track record of collaborative work across multiple functions. • Consistent ability to close high-value opportunities and exceed financial targets. • Outstanding communication skills.
