📋 Description

• Implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations • Work with the Integration Services team to implement data and workflow integrations • Translate customer requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions • Build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for integrations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) • Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems • Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar • Technical background: comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Highly organized and able to function independently, managing priorities without close supervision • NICE TO HAVE: Experience with CRM or registration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent)
