📋 Description
• implement data and workflow integrations • translate customer requirements into reliable integration solutions • build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs • troubleshoot and resolve integration performance issues • create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) • solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems • experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) • hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make • technical background reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools • excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • strong communication skills – able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • highly organized and able to function independently
