Description

• Develop and implement career progression frameworks to guide the growth of your direct reports. • Provide mentorship, coaching, and resources to support the technical and career development of team members. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define the strategic direction of the product for the assigned squad. • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align on product priorities and roadmap objectives. • Lead discussions to formulate data-driven strategies that support the team's goals and objectives. • Drive advanced in-context learning initiatives leveraging LLMs to enhance team capabilities. • Fine-tune LLM models to optimize performance and accuracy in specific contexts or domains. • Implement RAG status indicators and synthetic evaluation techniques to assess model effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or other fields of advanced quantitative study; advanced degree preferred. • Strong proficiency with the latest Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. • High proficiency in a procedural programming language (e.g. Python). • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills and experience, with a passion for guiding and developing other team members. • Previous experience in the legal or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
