📋 Description

• Support and administration of the company's (SaaS) applications • Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software • Documentation and design of digital business processes • Planning and rollout of new software and IT solutions • Integrating standard solutions via interfaces (APIs) • Developing and implementing automations for everyday tasks • User training and support • Troubleshooting and incident resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or completed vocational training with equivalent qualifications • Initial experience in managing and supporting standard software solutions • Structured working style and precise communication • Strong analytical skills and independent thinking • Data-driven, solution-oriented, analytical, and self-responsible working approach • Experience in project management • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Ideally experience with the following software solutions: Zapier, G Suite (Google Workspace) / Google Sheets, Slack, WordPress, Trello, ActiveCampaign, OpenAI (or comparable tools)
