• Proactively initiate telephone contact with entrepreneurs and engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth and preparing their business for sale • Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in masterclasses and other business events to build and nurture the sales funnel • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to contribute strategic ideas for the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready • Support entrepreneurs in planning their future and provide guidance during the final phase of their ownership • Commit to continuous improvement and personal development, and maintain accurate records of conversations • Demonstrate initiative, take full ownership of your work, and hold yourself accountable for your success
• Energized by conversations and experienced in prospecting and telephone acquisition • Proven track record working with entrepreneurs • Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with business owners • Fluent in the local market language and possess strong professional experience in the country • Available to work 3–5 days per week • Open to working from a local Marktlink office or remotely from a country where we operate • Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
