📋 Description

• Accountable for the sales, business development, and management of customer accounts in the biomaterials & advanced technology industries • Identify opportunities to achieve significant growth • Partner with Avantor's engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to assess and meet customer needs • Build deep relationships • Develop strong relationships and understanding of medical device producers' and advanced technology companies' needs • Conduct market & customer analysis • Demonstrate NuSil product portfolio adopting a solution-based focus • Develop account plans and engage relevant support for execution • Develop strong internal & external networks • Understand customer processes and effectively communicate technology product requirements • Establish forecasts and delivery of the annual budget • Implement pipeline sales opportunities and manage the process • Support customers with material problem-solving • Negotiate contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Science or related field is required • Vast experience in nurturing large accounts, managing vendors and distributors • Technical aptitude to sell complex silicone raw materials • Solid experience in a matrix organization • Ability to work and collaborate with senior leadership across a variety of functions • Good understanding of business development practices • Excellent writing, presentation, and speaking skills in English • An additional European language (French preferred) would be an asset • Experience working with life sciences, technology, or a science-related company • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an asset • Experience with value-based sales methodology would be an asset
