• Focus on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with Life Sciences companies • Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach • Collaborate with business consultants, pre-sales, marketing, and operations to craft solutions • Drive new business growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals • Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation • Develop sales strategies to win new accounts or expand existing ones • Represent RWS at events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand visibility • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Sales experience within the Life Sciences sector • Fluent German & English speaking skills • Experience in selling to pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and CROs • Proven success in winning new business and developing accounts • Understanding of Life Sciences documentation used in translation and localization • At least basic familiarity with Linguistic Validation processes for COAs • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills • Confidence presenting solutions and leading client conversations • Structured, organized approach to managing pipeline and sales activities • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce • Ability to work remotely with previous success in performing independently.
