📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for the SAC and MCI systems • Analyze and resolve incidents and requests related to Fund Accounting and Fund Controlling processes • Support daily, monthly, and year-end closing processes for investment funds • Validate accounting entries, balance sheet positions, and financial transactions • Analyze inconsistencies, reconciliation breaks, and calculation discrepancies • Support the calculation and validation of fund units, net asset value (NAV), provisions, and returns • Analyze the accounting of fixed-income and equity assets, derivatives, repurchase agreements, and financial instruments • Provide support for calculating management fees, performance fees, custody fees, and other fund expenses • Monitor corporate actions and their accounting and financial impacts • Perform functional analyses related to system integrations and portfolio processing • Support internal and external audits and regulatory requests • Prepare functional documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge bases • Collaborate with Fund Administration, Custody, Fund Controlling, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams • Identify the root causes of incidents and propose process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with fund administrators, asset management firms, custodian banks, fund accounting and controlling providers, financial institutions, or software companies serving the financial markets • Strong knowledge of investment fund accounting • Strong knowledge of fund controlling • Strong knowledge of fund administration • Strong knowledge of accounting closing processes • Strong knowledge of balance sheet and financial reconciliations • Strong knowledge of fund unit calculation and validation • Strong knowledge of net asset value (NAV) • Strong knowledge of fund financial statements • Strong knowledge of provisions and revenue and expense recognition • Strong knowledge of management fees and performance fees • Knowledge of government bonds, CDBs, debentures, repurchase agreements, equities, derivatives, swaps, futures, options, and fund units • Knowledge of Custody, Fund Controlling, Treasury, financial settlement, corporate actions, and portfolio processing routines • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
