⢠Design and take responsibility for the technical implementation of exciting ServiceNow projects ⢠Develop and design complex ServiceNow solutions ⢠Translate requirements into technical solutions and take responsibility for the implementation and configuration of tailored applications and modules ⢠Work closely with our clients and understand their requirements ⢠Build long-term, trusting relationships ⢠Ensure together with your team that projects are successfully delivered on time, within budget, and within scope ⢠Coordinate with other teams, especially around integrations and interfaces ⢠Collaborate with international colleagues ⢠Share your knowledge within the team and actively contribute to the development of best practices
⢠Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience ⢠Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the ServiceNow environment ⢠Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and modules ⢠Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems ⢠Expertise in at least one of the following areas: CSM, FSM, SPM, or SOM ⢠ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect ⢠Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus ⢠Customer-oriented mindset ⢠Independent, structured, and solution-focused working style ⢠Very good German and English skills ⢠Willingness to travel depending on the project (up to approx. 50%)
