📋 Description

• You are responsible for the technical operation, monitor system performance, and perform maintenance and updates of the ServiceNow instances • You independently implement technical requirements by configuring modules and develop or adapt automated workflows • You take the lead in implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), maintain it, and build a structured CMDB to transparently map the application and infrastructure landscape • You provide technical support for integrating ServiceNow with the existing system landscape and the API platform in close collaboration with integration architecture • You analyze and permanently resolve complex technical incidents within the platform • You ensure platform governance by adhering to best practices and conduct technical reviews of implementations • You technically manage external implementation partners and align closely with IT architecture and business units to specify new solutions • You create and maintain technical platform documentation as well as the corresponding configuration guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable IT education with relevant professional experience • Experience in administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform or a comparable platform • Solid knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL) and understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) • Experience in process automation and ideally knowledge of API-based system integration • Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical concepts
