📋 Description
• Define and ensure ServiceNow architecture and governance standards (OOB-first) • Assess requirements for scalability, maintainability, and technical feasibility • Conduct architecture reviews and reduce technical debt • Advise business units, IT, and management on ServiceNow topics • Collaborate with agile development teams
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) • Strong understanding of OOB approaches, CSDM, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP) • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus • Excellent English skills • Confident presence in workshops and consulting situations
