📋 Description

• Lead German-language client workshops in the area of SecOps and/or GRC/IRM (e.g., Vulnerability Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit) • Provide end-to-end consulting to our enterprise clients on functional and technical ServiceNow solutions within the security and risk domain • Develop and implement scalable solution concepts across the entire ServiceNow Security & Risk product portfolio • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform following best practices and the Now Create methodology • Produce high-quality technical and client-facing documentation to ensure sustainable project outcomes • Confidently engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels (up to C-level) • Serve as Senior Technical Advisor throughout the entire project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience (3–5+ years) in ServiceNow consulting with a focus on Security Operations and/or GRC/IRM • Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, configuration, and technical solution architecture • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Security Operations (e.g., Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence) or Governance, Risk & Compliance / IRM (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management) • Experience conducting and leading client workshops, especially with enterprise and senior stakeholders • Current ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA) as well as relevant CIS certifications in the Security or IRM area • Excellent German language skills (fluent) and good English skills
