Description
• Responsible for managing the GRC function within the security department • Designing, implementing, and driving policies and standards across the organization • Identifying information security risks and managing compliance initiatives • Reporting directly to the Head of Information Security and Data Protection • Working in a small team with the freedom to drive initiatives
Requirements
• Experience working in a GRC relevant role • Excellent written and communication skills, especially translating technical subjects • Experience in a small, agile organization • Experience in implementing or managing GRC tools • Experience in implementing or auditing ISO standards • Knowledge of Data Privacy legislation • General security relevant certification • Good speaking and written knowledge of German, B1/B2 level would be ideal
