• Assisting with process and system improvements. • Conducting quality reviews of orders processed by others in the organization. • Providing training and other duties. • Proactively addressing, resolving, and/or escalating any operational issues affecting customer experience. • Managing communication with all sales departments, order and process all customer orders, returns, and ensure that all procedures are carried out according to best practices. • Following proper protocols to ensure correct order entry and fulfillment. • Ensuring completeness and accuracy when processing POs, quotes, and RMAs. • Entering data into a variety of organization software systems. • Working in cross-functional teams to define and review operational and logistical procedures. • Defining and executing improvements to order management processes and technologies to streamline order delivery and improve customer service. • Assisting in training other order entry employees in the development of skills and knowledge. • Supporting with the continuous development of processes and workflows.
• 3+ years of operations experience. • Prior order management experience a plus. • Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close. • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Outlook and Excel • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. • General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes • High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, communicates assertively, and willing to learn. • Ability to work well under pressure, customer focused and a team player. • Must be able to work PST hours (USA)
