📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of clients with the full management of their payroll and personnel administration • Collect and verify payroll variable data • Prepare payslips • Complete social security and employment-related filings • Handle personnel administration procedures from employee onboarding through offboarding • Manage employment contracts, amendments, hiring formalities, and final settlement statements • Provide clients with initial advice on common employment law matters

🎯 Requirements

• Specialized training in payroll • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills • Enjoyment of client interaction and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust • Proficiency in SILAE and standard office software • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm • Ability to independently manage a client portfolio covered by various collective bargaining agreements • Adaptability and strong technical expertise
