• Be part of a team that takes end-to-end responsibility for designing, building data solutions. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for AI-driven innovation and develop strategies for delivering them. • Build, train and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to provide data-driven insights to clients. • Define and update key metrics that help us understand the current status and forecast the future of our business. • Design and implement dashboards to visualize key metrics throughout the full customer journey, from lead to booking and post-travel. • Communicate results and insights from your analyses to top management.

Requirements

• +3 years of work experience in a similar role as a BI/Data Scientist. • Lead the adoption of Generative AI tools and integrate them into our workflow. • Previous experience working with Python and experience working with analysis tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Scikit, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R. • Experience in statistical modelling and A/B or Multivariate test design and implementation. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Qlikview, etc. • Proficient building queries with SQL. (DBT is a plus). • Fluency in English.
