📋 Description

• Create, manage, and update caregiver job postings on Indeed and CareerPlug using Indeed's applicant tracking system • Actively recruit caregivers and reach out to prospects • Handle candidate follow-ups and email communications • Guide successful candidates through basic onboarding • Request, organize, and maintain required employment documents

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Recruiting experience from a corporate setup or as a VA • Proficiency with GSuite, Microsoft 365, and AI tools • Experience using WellSky and Indeed or similar tools is a plus • Home care industry experience is a plus • Fiber internet, recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps • Backup internet capable of at least 20 Mbps • Quiet, conducive home workspace
