📋 Description

• Join virtual meetings and phone calls to provide real-time English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English interpretation. • Translate emails, chat messages, documents, and other business communications accurately and professionally. • Support Expedock's Logistics Coordinator in communicating with Spanish-speaking carriers, vendors, and business counterparts on behalf of the client. • Help facilitate clear and effective communication regarding operational updates, shipment-related discussions, and other business matters. • Take meeting notes and summarize key discussion points and action items when needed. • Relay information accurately while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. • Perform general language support and administrative tasks related to communication as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Strong verbal interpretation and written translation skills • Comfortable participating in virtual meetings and providing real-time interpretation during calls • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately convey information between English and Spanish speakers • Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup • Familiarity with logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain terminology is an advantage but not required
