• Develop relationships with client by researching and understanding business needs, responding to client requests, and being the liaison between the client and internal departments • Create and maintain strategic account plans for top clients within portfolio • Support the renewal of existing business with the Client Development Executive • Responsible for client retention activities and ongoing satisfaction • Generate client advocacy that can be used in the market • Marshal resources to ensure client satisfaction and pass along voice of client to promote innovation • Maintain and expand relationships within client network across various buyer personas • Gather data and insights regarding usage to demonstrate business impact and value; ensure usage at projected levels • Lead client briefings, quarterly business reviews and executive summaries • Collaborate with Customer Success team for data quality best practices and address gaps/opportunities • Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects/products • Create and refer leads to Client Development Executive
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years complex relationship management related experience • Experience in Experian Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2 and ACA) • Experience with consultative sales, customer service and project management • Ability to travel
