• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • 10+ years of experience in product management or similar roles • 3-5 years of proven experience in gamification strategy and product management • Strong understanding of gamification principles, behavioral psychology, and user motivation • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret user data • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration software • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences • Exposure to SEO and click rates • UML diagrams, Use Case Diagram, and Activity Diagram (Nice to have)
