📋 Description

• Prepare and manage listing documents and listing packets. • Upload and update property listings in MLS. • Coordinate with photographers, staging companies, and open house schedules. • Maintain and update CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Podio, and other platforms. • Manage agent calendars and appointments. • Create listing and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools. • Assist with document preparation and organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in supporting US Real estate clients • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and resourceful. • Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
