📋 Description
• We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. • You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring. • If you’re great at building relationships, working independently, and sourcing top talent remotely, we’d love to meet you!
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote • Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required • Excellent communication and people skills • Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently • Tech-savvy — comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools • Experience working with global clients
