⢠2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or active prospecting. ⢠Highly proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: You take initiative and enjoy opening paths in challenging markets. ⢠Results-oriented: Measured by leads generated, meetings scheduled and opportunities created. ⢠Excellent communication skills: Fluent Portuguese is required; intermediate Spanish is a plus. ⢠Plus: Experience in consultative selling and strategic sectors such as technology, SaaS, agribusiness, energy or manufacturing. ⢠Local contact base in Brazil. ⢠Experience in startups or rapidly expanding markets.
