📋 Description

• Active prospecting: Contact companies via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and industry events. • Qualified lead generation: Convert contacts into opportunities ready for the sales team. • Strategic networking: Participate in trade shows, chambers of commerce and industry meetups to build lasting relationships. • CRM management: Keep prospect and activity information up to date. • Market analysis: Identify trends and opportunities to optimize the commercial strategy. • Proposal preparation and negotiation support: Prepare commercial proposals according to business criteria and present/advocate them to clients. • Follow-up with established clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or active prospecting. • Highly proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: You take initiative and enjoy opening paths in challenging markets. • Results-oriented: Measured by leads generated, meetings scheduled and opportunities created. • Excellent communication skills: Fluent Portuguese is required; intermediate Spanish is a plus. • Plus: Experience in consultative selling and strategic sectors such as technology, SaaS, agribusiness, energy or manufacturing. • Local contact base in Brazil. • Experience in startups or rapidly expanding markets.
