• Develop and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the social and growth pillars of the Fable platform
• Identify new expansion opportunities that will lead to increased engagement and retention on Fable's social reading platform

Machine Learning Engineer

• Experienced Machine Learning engineer with a deep understanding and/or interest in generative modeling, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop ML/AI models based on text data using a catalog of more than 1 Million books!
• Work with latest technologies in generative AI including GPT-3, ChatGPT, and text-to-image models such as Stable Diffusion
• Develop models to improve the prompts that are input into generative models, and models that incorporate and learn from human feedback
• Embed ML into the Fable product to provide a differentiated reading experience in the state-of-the-art eBook reader
• Partner closely with the Product and Engineering teams to test out prototypes in the product with real users
• Discover new opportunities for ML/AI and be an advocate of data-driven thinking at the company

• Own and drive revenue growth
• Identify and drive opportunities to position Fable as a must-have platform for culture building, upskilling and mental wellness
• Establish and execute a sales and go-to-market plan to acquire customers
• Understand customer needs and ensure successful adoption and usage of Fable within the enterprise
• Create a customer success plan to grow and retain the existing customer base
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute on the sales and customer success plans

• Developing data models and pipelines to enable reporting and modeling
• Uncover and build out a metrics ecosystem with the right set of north star, business and operational metrics
• Build dashboards that will be heavily used by key decision-makers
• Dig deep into a rich trove of data to identify insights that will unlock network effects and fuel growth
• Be an advocate of data-driven thinking and communicate data and metrics to the entire company
