Description

Facet is a browser-based application for professional creatives with an entirely new mental model for working with image content. As a product engineer, you would be responsible for crafting and refining this unique experience. Our product engineers work closely with designers and power users to create novel interactions that bridge the gap between supportive AI and human creativity. Using Typescript, React, and WebGL, you will build beautiful and intuitive interfaces and components that empower our users and make their jobs more delightful. Core challenges include: • Frontend architecture • State management • Multiplayer collaboration This role offers the unique opportunity to navigate the challenge of uniting professional artists and ML algorithms into the same creative loop. Requirements

• Experience crafting responsive, accessible and pixel-perfect user interfaces. • Experience building complex web apps with difficult state management challenges. • Strong visual sense and ability to work either from detailed mockups or rough guidelines. • Empathy for the designers, artists, and the visual creative workers who will be using our product.
