📋 Description

• Provide support to the Student Success team on billing-related matters (collections, payment status, clarification and issuance of Invoices), monitoring and resolving internal tickets. • Ensure clear communication and understanding of current financial policies and procedures. • Act as the interface between areas involved in the Revenue Cycle (Finance and Technology). • Support the monthly close process, including verification of Revenue and Receivables data. • Prepare supporting reports for the Accounting and External Audit teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with financial routines (Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Receivables Reconciliation). • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Highly organized. • Ability to independently identify solutions and improve processes. • Ability to adapt to new contexts. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Collaborative with good interpersonal skills to interact across departments. • Preferred: knowledge of SQL/Python. • Preferred: experience in initiatives/projects involving Digital Transformation.
