📋 Description

• Support the Commercial Director through data analysis, monitoring KPIs and generating insights for more informed commercial decisions • Track and analyze commercial indicators, targets, conversion, pipeline, productivity and operational efficiency • Identify performance deviations, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement • Translate data into diagnoses, recommendations and action plans • Support the Commercial Director in decision-making and prioritization • Monitor the sales funnel, identifying points of loss and opportunities to increase conversion • Structure dashboards, reports and management analyses • Support commercial projections and forecasts • Ensure quality and organization of information in the CRM • Map and optimize commercial processes • Analyze performance by channels, products, campaigns, teams and sales representatives • Work collaboratively with Marketing and other areas involved in the commercial journey • Support projects to improve and advance the company’s commercial maturity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related fields • Experience in commercial analysis, Sales Operations, commercial intelligence, planning or performance • Knowledge of the sales funnel, CRM and commercial KPIs • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or similar • Strong analytical skills, business acumen and a results-oriented mindset • Good communication skills and the ability to present analyses clearly and concisely • Autonomy to investigate problems and propose solutions
