📋 Description

• Automate recurring routines for collecting, consolidating, and updating data and reports from acquired companies, mapping bottlenecks and proposing improvements • Collect, organize, and interpret data from internal and external sources, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, market studies, benchmarks, and business diagnostics to support leadership decisions • Help create, monitor, and develop KPIs and OKRs for portfolio companies, supporting leaders in defining, tracking, and reviewing goals • Build and maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards and reports with operational and financial KPIs • Support the development of Excel models and analyses to evaluate scenarios, impacts, and opportunities • Contribute to structuring business problems, defining hypotheses, and developing recommendations • Support the preparation of presentations and executive materials for leadership forums, C-level executives, and the Board • Interact with different areas to collect information, validate assumptions, and follow up on strategic initiatives and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel/spreadsheets skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or Databricks • Experience with automation and/or data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Apps Script, or no-code platforms • Strong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to build data-driven storytelling • Experience in corporate environments, consulting, business, planning, finance, market intelligence, project management, or analytical areas • Preferred: experience automating processes with generative AI, such as Claude and n8n • Preferred: background in consulting, M&A, corporate finance, startups, or data teams • Preferred: knowledge of financial modeling, including P&L (income statement), cash flow, and valuation • Availability for an 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday
