• Lead and mentor engineering teams • Define clear requirements and provide accurate estimates • Drive architectural excellence and operational improvements • Cultivate a learning environment and contribute to team planning • Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement • Develop understanding of sports betting industry • Collaborate with Product, Quant, and Engineering teams • Demonstrate mastery in .NET technologies • Provide mentorship and support critical operations • Occasionally travel for special events and team collaboration sessions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building scalable applications • Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills • Deep understanding of software design, development, and testing principles • Technical experience with cloud platforms, C#, and SQL/NoSQL • Genuine passion for software engineering • Familiarity with sports betting or keen interest in sports • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration • Experience in a start-up environment • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
