📋 Description

• Create, organize, refine, and keep the Product Backlog up to date • Write clear user stories with objective, detailed acceptance criteria • Prioritize tasks and features based on ROI, urgency, and business impact • Communicate with business, marketing, support, and leadership teams to manage expectations and gather feedback • Participate in Sprint Planning meetings, backlog refinement sessions, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives • Ensure that the development team understands delivery objectives and the value expected by the end customer • Serve as a bridge between business needs, customer interests, and the development team • Maximize the value of the product delivered by ensuring requirements are clear, the backlog is strategically prioritized, and it remains aligned with the product vision

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in digital Product Management • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially the Scrum framework • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to translate business terms into technical requirements • Analytical ability to make decisions based on data and product metrics • Organized, proactive, user-empathic, and results-oriented mindset
