📋 Description

• Produce software in an AI-native way, directing agents and LLMs from specifications and assuming full technical responsibility for the outcome • Drive the Spec-Driven Development cycle, converting requirements into executable specifications and contextual artifacts • Calibrate the AI’s progressive autonomy according to risk and the maturity of the context • Participate in the Augmented Pull Request ritual, reviewing syntax, intent, acceptance criteria, technical decisions, and functional impact • Contribute to the knowledge layer and reusable contexts, including skills, patterns, architectural decisions, and connectors/MCPs • Apply architectural and engineering best practices to deliver clean, testable, and sustainable code in monolithic and/or distributed systems • Contribute to automated testing, observability of AI output quality and cost, and practices to reduce rework and technical debt • Work in collaborative teams using agile methodologies, code review, pair programming, and mob programming • Share learnings and receive mentorship from more experienced professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Clear writing and specification skills • Critical thinking and technical skepticism • Comfort with ambiguity and delegation • Autonomy and ownership • Clear communication about requirements, technical decisions, and trade-offs • Collaboration, respect for the team, and adaptability • At least 3 years of software development experience • Strong expertise in at least one stack between .NET and React, with the ability to move across others with AI assistance • Experience with Spec-Driven Development, unambiguous specifications, verifiable plans, and acceptance criteria • Experience in Context Engineering for LLMs, including instructions, constraints, examples, tools/MCPs, and context-window control • Responsible use of generative AI and agentive tools in development • Ability to critically read, validate, and correct code produced by AI and third parties • Ability to write organized, testable, high-quality code, with strong object-oriented knowledge and/or design principles • Experience with automated unit and/or integration testing • Use of Git and collaboration via Pull Requests • Experience with SQL databases and fundamentals of data modeling • Experience with agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP • Nice-to-have: orchestration of agents and MCPs/connectors • Nice-to-have: evaluation and observability of AI output and model-agnostic architectures • Nice-to-have: distributed architectures, microservices, or messaging • Nice-to-have: CI/CD, build and release automation • Nice-to-have: cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python
