📋 Description

• Manage and organize contracts operationally while maintaining a structured and transparent contract portfolio • Prepare customer contracts and ensure that all information and documentation is complete and accurate • Compile and review the contractual documentation required for bank financing • Coordinate and process contract amendments, including clear documentation and version control • Prepare intercompany agreements and coordinate their execution and complete documentation • Monitor deadlines, contract status, and next steps, and involve relevant stakeholders in a timely manner • Process contracts and documents efficiently using AI and modern software solutions • Continuously improve existing processes and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Careful, structured, and reliable approach to work • A completed degree or vocational qualification, for example in business, finance, business law, or a comparable field, is an advantage but not required • Initial experience working with contracts, documents, or administrative processes is an advantage • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand complex documents and interrelationships • Interest in and openness to actively using AI tools in day-to-day work • Business-fluent German, at least C1 level, both written and spoken
