• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service roles • Previous experience using Zendesk preferred • High level of English proficiency (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English • Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Solution-oriented and reliable • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management • Flexibility and adaptability • Decisive and organized • Enjoy working in a dynamic team • Candidate must reside in Spain
