Description
• Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media • Manage incoming calls, chats, and inquiries • Provide accurate and complete information to customers • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts • Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service roles • Previous experience with Zendesk preferred • High German level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Solution-oriented and reliable professional • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management • Flexible and adaptable • Decisive and organized • Love being part of a dynamic team • Candidates must reside in Spain
