• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service roles • Previous experience with Zendesk preferred • High German level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Solution-oriented and reliable professional • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management • Flexible and adaptable • Decisive and organized • Love being part of a dynamic team • Candidates must reside in Spain
