Description

• Developing and implementing program management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure successful project delivery. • Leading and mentoring a team of program managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to align project goals with overall business objectives. • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve program effectiveness and efficiency. • Identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively addressing issues to ensure timely delivery of projects. • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior experience of leading global program management, with a track record of successfully developing and launching successful product and program management portfolios. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proven experience in developing and implementing program management best practices. • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Monday; experience in leveraging these tools for efficient project execution. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
