Description

• Build customer-centric, secure, and reliable software with system and API design in mind • Participate in team events and contribute to the team’s roadmap • Own and maintain reliable, fault-tolerant software solutions • Deploy software safely and control product quality • Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify and develop product opportunities within Fidel API’s platform • Advocate for prioritizing initiatives in line with company goals • Contribute to hiring activities by interviewing candidates

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer • Experience with distributed systems and API economy • Able to build and maintain systems using a high-level programming language • Able to write high-quality code and test automation • Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS) and Infrastructure-as-Code • Experience with scalable and distributed solutions • Have a growth mindset and good communication skills • Nice to have: Production experience with Javascript, Typescript / Node.js, Function-as-a-Service services, SQL/NoSQL databases, Continuous Deployment tools, Continuous Integration tools, AWS (Lambda and/or DynamoDB), Previous experience in a startup environment, Previous experience in Fintech companies preferred
