📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for findIQ • Own digital marketing campaigns from concept and execution through performance analysis and continuous optimization • Build scalable processes for generating and nurturing qualified leads with Sales • Develop and implement the SEO strategy, including technical website optimization • Monitor and improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines • Develop content strategy for different customer segments • Expand and improve website content, including topic and solution pages • Track and optimize the conversion funnel using relevant KPIs • Build and develop tracking and reporting in HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 • Plan and manage social media, paid campaigns, email marketing and other digital activities • Help establish international marketing activities, especially for the US market • Use AI to improve the efficiency of marketing creation, analysis and optimization • Build a marketing team over time and assume strategic and people-management responsibility • Work closely with the management team, Sales and founding team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of owning both strategy and execution end to end • Strong experience in B2B SaaS and marketing complex digital products that require explanation • Experience marketing products or services for companies in mechanical engineering or industrial technology • Proven track record in digital lead generation and marketing funnel optimization • Excellent knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, paid media and email marketing • Experience adapting marketing content and campaigns for international markets and different cultural contexts, particularly the US market • Solid understanding of AI-powered search and answer engines and their impact on digital visibility • Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 is a plus • Data-driven, analytical approach and ability to turn relevant KPIs into clear, actionable improvements • Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality • Motivation and potential to build and lead a marketing team in the future • Excellent written and spoken German and English
