• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Conduct regular client meetings • Coordinate tasks and deadlines in ClickUp • Act as the liaison between clients and the internal team • Proactively manage projects and processes • Support marketing, funnel-building, and copywriting initiatives • Apply technical understanding and independently coordinate resources • Optimize internal processes and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills: Communicate clearly and with a client-focused approach to create excellent customer experiences • Experience in project management and online marketing • Ideally, experience with ClickUp and Slack • Ideally, initial experience with online marketing and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager • Independent, structured approach to work • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to independently prioritize tasks and coordinate resources
