📋 Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be an integral part of our People Team and play an active role in attracting outstanding talent to FINN. • You will support the entire hiring lifecycle — from posting job ads and engaging with candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with offers. • You will quickly take ownership of your assigned roles, gain hands-on recruiting experience, and become a trusted partner for hiring managers and candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues across teams, building trust through clear, professional, and empathetic communication. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an ownership mentality; you enjoy finding pragmatic solutions and continuously improving processes. • Structured and organized way of working; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping focus on what matters most. • Fluent German (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2 or above). • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, customer-facing roles, or startup environments is a plus. • High eagerness to learn, bring new ideas to the table, and explore how AI, automation, and data can shape the future of talent acquisition.
