📋 Description

• Independently assess and manage repair, maintenance, and vehicle damage cases. • Identify technically and economically optimal solutions for FINN. • Develop and revise damage catalogs and vehicle de-fleetment agreements with OEMs and remarketing partners. • Act as the subject-matter contact for Operations, Fleet, Customer Care, inspection organizations, vehicle compounds, and lawyers. • Critically review and negotiate repair costs and vehicle inspection reports. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize vehicle downtime. • Ensure fair, transparent, and traceable damage processing and settlement. • Use data and process expertise to continuously optimize damage-related workflows. • Drive sustainable improvements in fleet performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Sound technical expertise in the automotive sector, e.g., as a certified automotive master technician, state-certified technician, automotive assessor, or through a degree in automotive engineering or industrial engineering. • Demonstrable practical experience in repair cost optimization, vehicle valuation, inspection report review, or technical fleet management. • Strong affinity for digital tools and processes, along with enthusiasm for applying technical expertise effectively in a highly dynamic scale-up environment. • Excellent German language skills (C2 level) and good English language skills (B2 level) for daily communication in an international team. • Experience negotiating or developing vehicle return standards and damage catalogs with OEMs, vehicle purchasers, or leasing companies. • Practical experience with estimating systems such as DAT and Audatex, as well as modern data analysis tools.
