• As Team Lead, Enterprise Account Management, you will hold a key role in building and advancing our Enterprise segment (fleets of 200+ vehicles). • You will lead and develop a growing account management team and establish the foundation for first-class support of our corporate client portfolio. • In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will work hands-on with our largest customers and directly contribute to the expansion of our enterprise strategy.
• You have successfully completed a (Bachelor’s) degree or vocational training. • You bring experience in leading, developing, and motivating account management or sales teams. • You have proven experience in managing, advising, and expanding enterprise accounts. • You are accustomed to working with standard sales and team KPIs, set clear priorities, and are committed to exceeding targets together with your team. • You are an exceptional communicator and persuade stakeholders at different levels through strong argumentation and networking skills—internally and externally. • Your entrepreneurial mindset helps you guide both your team and our customers through complex issues and develop sustainable solutions together. • You work in a structured way, introduce new impulses, and constructively challenge existing processes to further develop the enterprise area. • You speak fluent German and confident English.
