📋 Description

• Build Finom's partner ecosystem in Germany from the ground up • Identify, pursue, sign, and scale partnerships that bring entrepreneurs and SMEs to Finom • Own German market partner strategy, targeting, deal acquisition, and channel development • Design referral programs, co-marketing, events, and integrations to drive customer acquisition • Create the partnerships playbook for Germany and inform Finom's broader partnership strategy • Represent Finom and network at industry events and in the German fintech and SME ecosystem • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to support partners and share German market insights • Report directly to the Head of Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German is compulsory • Professional fluent English (working language) is compulsory • 3–5 years of work experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role • Experience in Fintech, financial services, or SMEs is a strong plus • Hunter's mindset and ability to build relationships from scratch • Strong commercial judgment; ability to structure partnerships, negotiate terms, and prioritize based on impact • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a remote, fast-moving environment • Prior experience working in a Start Up / Scale Up environment is a must • Italian or French language skills are nice to have
