📋 Description

• Partner with managers on employee lifecycle processes and provide guidance on people-related matters; • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a high-performing culture; • Ensure a smooth onboarding and adaptation process for new and promoted employees; • Support performance review and talent development processes in collaboration with managers; • Partner with managers on individual development plans and follow up on progress; • Manage employee relations and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees; • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements; • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement action plans based on business and employee needs; • Monitor key HR metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, employee relations, onboarding, and development • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to build trusted relationships and advise managers on people-related topics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Experience working with HRIS systems • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred • Fluent English and Russian are required.
